Serenity Cove is in a friendly residential area. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, smoking, or unauthorized guests. Please report any damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them quickly.

Please leave the cottage reasonably tidy at check-out, with dishes cleaned and garbage disposed of appropriately.
Campfires are permitted in the designated fire pit area, subject to local fire regulations during your stay. Complimentary firewood is typically available on-site while supplies last. Please do not use trees, branches, or limbs from the property as firewood.
