This spacious 2,500 square foot retreat is perfect for families or groups, accommodating up to 12 guests in comfort and style. Each of the four master bedrooms features a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. The bunk room, equipped with a twin over full bunk and an additional twin trundle, is perfect for kids, while another bedroom offers two twin beds, making it ideal for larger families. The heart of the home is the expansive living area, where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy movie nights with the 60" flat-screen TV or challenge friends to a game in the game room. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher, along with a dining area that invites shared meals and laughter. Step outside to your private oasis, featuring a private heated pool and jacuzzi, perfect for soaking up the sun or enjoying a relaxing evening under the stars. Third party travel insurance cost is due at time of purchase We highly recommend cancelation insurance Guests must be 25+ to book (or accompanied by parent/guardian) Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM; please respect neighbors We do our rentals from Saturday to Saturday,  if you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to [email protected] as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations  This home can accommodate up to 4 vehicles “You are vacationing in a residential area.  Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.  Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property” Guests are allowed up to 2 dogs provided they are housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. Pet must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiring/booking. A one-time non-refundable fee of $150 (per pet) will be due at the time of booking to accommodate for extra cleaning/pet sanitation. Should we receive complaints from neighbors of barking/disruption we reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet immediately. Undeclared pets will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved pet. We closely monitor all properties. This home features Silicon Travel. With Silicon Travel's firewall place in place, you can prevent internet access to any malicious activity in a Vacation rental home. Any guest device (WebCam, Baby Monitor, etc) can be added for a set time and will be removed automatically upon departure.  Traveling with a larger group? We have two homes nearby.
