No parking of trailers, campers, or tents of any kind allowed *** Guest access Guest has access to the entire home. Parking is included and free for up to 4 cars. Other things to note - WIFI in rural areas can be slow at times - Exterior cameras are in place - We only accept guests who have their Government ID verified - We are on well water, so tap water is not drinkable and we do NOT provide bottled water - We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours. - the local Niagara airport is down the street and small planes fly overhead the house - Check in is SELF entry and we will not meet you on arrival. - We provide one towel and pillow per guest, a hand towel for each washroom.
