Boho Inspired NOTL Wine Country Private Home for 2

Located within Virgil, our Boho inspired new home is within a 5 minute walk to the LCBO, Tim Hortons, Starbucks, grocery store, breweries, restaurants, pizza shops, and wine tour companies. A perfect location for guests looking to explore Niagara-on-the-Lake by car, bike or organized tours. Amenities include: coffee maker, toaster, hairdryer, Juno premium Canadian made mattress, ROKU TV, Mini Google Home, hotel grade linens and towels, and a huge private backyard with deck, seating, picnic table, BBQ. Our property is legal, registered with the town and fully insured. Guest access The entire main level of home is private to guests. The garage and totally separate lower level may be accessed at times by owner - we will not access guest area to do so. Other things to note - The garage and basement of this home are used for storage by us. We will access it from time to time. We do not need to enter the home or backyard to do so, but will access the large driveway. - We live in the country and there are bugs in all seasons. This does not mean our home is not clean! Ensure doors and any unscreened windows are closed to avoid excess bugs. - We will ask ALL guests before booking a few questions about their stay, to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours. - on our street is a warehouse that during business hours has trucks coming and going - Lawn mowing in season happens once per week.
