Stay, the no-fee vacation rental marketplace co-founded by HGTV’s Scott McGillivray, has partnered with Hospitable, a leading property management platform for short-term rentals.
The integration connects Hospitable’s operations tools directly to Stay’s direct booking marketplace, giving property managers and hosts an easier path to commission-free reservations.
For hosts already running their business on Hospitable, the partnership means Stay listings can now pull directly from the same system they use to manage property information, rates, availability, and reservations without changing their existing Hospitable workflow.
What Is Hospitable?
Hospitable is a property management system built for short-term rental hosts and property managers. It centralizes the day-to-day work of running a rental business, including guest communication, calendar syncing, and pricing, into a single platform.
Key features include:
- Automated guest messaging. Hospitable can handle a large share of guest communication automatically, replying to common questions and sending scheduled check-in and check-out messages before a human ever needs to step in.
- Multi-calendar sync. Reservations across booking channels update in real time, which helps prevent double bookings when a property is listed in more than one place.
- Dynamic pricing. Nightly rates adjust automatically based on market demand, so hosts don’t have to manually update prices across every channel.
- Team and task management. Property managers can assign cleaning, maintenance, and turnover tasks, invite teammates with their own logins, and control what each person can see and do.
- Owner reporting. Managers can generate branded reports and invoices, split revenue, and pay owners directly from the platform.
Hospitable is used by hosts ranging from individual owners with a single property to professional management companies overseeing large, multi-market portfolios.

Who The Stay x Hospitable Partnership Is Best Suited For
This integration is built for property managers and hosts who already rely on Hospitable to run their operations and want to add a low-cost, no-fee direct booking channel without adding operational overhead. It’s a strong fit for:
- Multi-property managers who need rates and availability to stay synced automatically across every channel, including Stay, without manual re-entry.
- Growing hosts who are ready to reduce reliance on commission-heavy platforms but aren’t ready to build and maintain their own booking website.
- Teams juggling multiple tools who want fewer manual updates and less risk of calendar conflicts.
Because Hospitable already centralizes messaging, pricing, and task management for a host’s other channels, hosts don’t need to change how they work day to day. They simply gain another place for guests to book directly, with clear attribution in Stay’s dashboard and the option to keep calendars synced automatically.
