It was good to have a property manager on site. When we first arrived, the door was open. When we went out and locked the door, couldn’t get back in with the code that was sent to us. Thankfully the property manager was available to let us in using a different code. The property manager was very helpful overall during our stay.

WOW, just WOW. Amazing stay at the cabin. My best friend and I were extremely pleased with the cabin, the surroundings and the upmost pleasant, helpful and amazing Property Manger RON. We were the only guests on our weekend getaway and Ron most definitely made our stay a pleasant & comfortable one. Although it rained all weekend, we still had the most wonderful, relaxing and memorable stay in Cabin 7. Highly recommend and would return again.

The cabin is really cute and has everything that you would need. The property manager Ron was great! He does a really good job taking care of the properties and making guests feel welcome. I felt very safe being there alone.
Percy Boom Cabin is a fully renovated original fishing resort cabin. 500 square foot, open concept bachelor unit with full bathroom and kitchen. Tucked in the trees, steps to the water and fishing dock. Shared amenities include a beach, fire pit and fishing boat rentals available on site. Percy Boom Cabin is available for rent from May through October
