You will find 4 good sized bedrooms with a mixture of queen, double and single bunkbeds allowing for up to 11 guests not including the available couches. There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a bathtub for a soak if you desire. The kitchen and familyroom are together in one grand space to promote the feeling of togetherness while on vacation. There is also another TV room available when you need some time to yourself if you want to escape the crowd. This little slice of paradise is less than 2 hours from the GTA. Located just a few minutes outside of Coboconk, where you can find all the necessities you would ever need with groceries, gas, a hardware store, LCBO, Beer Store, pizza place, and even a Tim Hortons! The cottage is perched on the edge of a cliff overlooking beautiful 4-Mile Lake. The property is a mixture of forest and clearing and provides all the privacy you would need. Waterfront is clear with deep water off the end of the dock.
