Step inside and melt into comfort. Nestled between the Parkdale and Roncesvalles neighborhoods, this former toy factory built in 1910 welcomes you with original brick walls, 11-foot ceilings, original wood beams and columns; a fully stocked kitchen, a separate room with a twin bed and a great city view! You will have complete access to the loft (there are no shared spaces). The open-concept, sun-filled space boasts the dreamiest queen-sized bed fitted with quality bedding and pillows. Sleeps 3, 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. The twin bed is located in a small private room. There are comfy chairs, a flat screen smart TV, and a table for dining (or can be used as a desk). The kitchen is fully equipped and includes: fridge/freezer range/oven Keurig coffee maker stove top kettle pots and pans pasta strainer cutting boards scissors utensils and sharp knives dishware kids dishes cups and glasses wine glasses flatware paper towels and kitchen towels salt, pepper, olive oil and vinegar Keurig pods, tea, sugar, coffee mate BATHROOM The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer. NOTE: There is no parking provided. If you will be traveling with a vehicle please do your research before your stay as to where you can park. Guest access You will have complete private access to the entire loft, there are no shared spaces. Other things to note For 28+ day stays, we require our cleaner to do a light cleaning every 4 weeks at a minimum. We will provide new towels, dust and vacuum, replenish anything you have run out of, and take out the trash. The charge is $75 per visit. If you would like more frequent cleanings, just let us know, and we can schedule. Traveling with little ones? We’re happy to accommodate your needs! Upon request, we can set up a pack 'n play in the twin bed room by temporarily moving the bed to make space. Additionally, we can offer baby bath basin, high chair, and some toys to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable for your child. Please message us in advance if you would like to use any of these amenities, and we’ll be glad to prepare them for you. To comply with the the rules of our building and to be able to offer this loft as a short-term rental to you we are required to submit your full name, telephone number and email address to our building property management company. If we don’t comply with this rule we will lose our approval to rent our loft. If you have any issues with providing this information to us please do not book. We will not provide any refunds after the fact for this reason. Also if you fail to provide this information to us prior to your arrival we hold the right to ask Airbnb to cancel the reservation on your behalf. Sorry but we have to be strict on this! There is NO parking provided. If you will be traveling with a vehicle please do your research as to where you can park. There is some street parking in the neighborhood during the day but you need a permit to park overnight. Before your arrival visit the City of Toronto website and search temporary street parking passes. You can pay for one ahead of time, it will need to be printed and displayed on your vehicle to avoid a ticket. Note we do not have a printer at the property.
