Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. Or take them out into the field, no scooping there! There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use. The Loft has it's own private entrance and free parking in our driveway. Follow the driveway around the front of the house. Look for the lit up tree around to the side of the house, You can park in front of the glass door. Or the gravel area in front of the stone wall . There is also room for extra vehicles . Please let us know if you will have more than 2 cars We ask that you please stay on paved area, as we have sprinkler heads on the lawn. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. Philomath and Corvallis make up a quaint college community with funky stores downtown, an impressive farmer's market, and delicious farm-to-table restaurants. There are wineries to tour, an Alpaca farm less than a mile away, and summertime concerts to enjoy July Thru August, and many trails to hike!
