Minutes to downtown, 1 hr to the Coast! Easy access to Albany, I-5 and Hwy 34! Events & pets with approval only. fees apply This is our newest location. Fully and freshly remodeled with new appliances, furniture, everything really! Located in a quiet neighborhood, fenced, you'll feel very much at home. Enjoy evenings or days on the deck as kids play in the giant yard away from any concern of traffic. This property is decorated in the 70's Boho Vibe with the modern flair. You'll feel like you are on the set of HGTV! The kitchen is fully stocked and large refrigerator to for long summer stays, or while hosting a wedding or party. These of course will need prior approval with guest count and nature of party. We respect our neighbors and want to keep good relationship with them. One of the few places that will host your pets, for a small pet fee. You'll have access to the entire property, minus the garage. No shared spaces. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. Quiet, graced by mature landscape. towering redwoods line the property and delicious fruit trees when in season. public transportation is just about 1/2 mi at the middle school or a few blocks on hwy 99 This location makes is VERY easy to be in Albany in 10 min or downtown Corvallis in 5 min! Easy access to hwy 99, Hwy 34 and 9th street with many business' in Corvallis. Just 5-7 min from hospital, shopping, groceries. Parking only avail on property.. NO street parking. There is room for 7-10 cars . neighbor across the street is VERY sensitive to cars parked in his space. Only park on property driveway. Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
