This cozy bungalow boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space inside and fully fenced expansive backyard for your dogs ! Small groups or couples seeking a getaway can enjoy the backyard deck with couch seating and barbecue. Located in the beautiful Willamette valley, you are 45 min to the beach and 1.5 hours from the snowy mountains. Be our guests and enjoy this cozy hideaway close to all the amenities. We are available to offer guidance if needed, but otherwise we'll let you enjoy your privacy. A quiet street and friendly neighbors, located on almost an acre. Not often found in the city boundaries. Fully fenced back yard, for kids or pets to play. Apples, pears and grapes in abundance in season! The back deck is great to hang out with a fire pit nearby. One of the most famous breakfast and lunch restaurants, The Dizzy Hen, mentioned in the New Yorker for its exceptional and interesting foods, located 1247 Main St. Philomath also boasts a gluten free restaurant, with fantastic BQ and Desserts! Their cookie is a must have! Eats and Treats Cafe 1644 Main st. as well as several Micro-Breweries. Philomath is a sleepy quiet town with lots of local shops popping up. It's the gateway to the Oregon coast, Newport or Alsea, both are breathtaking views as you drive. Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count. Pet Policy: We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you! We ask for compliance in a few house rules: 🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya. 🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free. 🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use. 🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only. 🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance. 🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated. 🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word. 💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning. There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.
