Property Details
This where you will be giving your listing the title that will appear in search results and adding a description. Think of a catchy title that will capture the attention of potential renters and a description that highlights the best features of your property.

Photographs
Have at least 5 photographs ready to showcase your property. You will also be able to select your cover photo, and the order in which the pictures will appear. Make sure you post high quality images and that they are in landscape mode, as vertical photos will not display well in search results.

Pricing and Payout Information
Here you will set the nightly rate for your property. Have your bank account information handy as you will also be setting up your payout information.

Availability
In this section you can set up which dates you would like to make your property available to rent. If there are dates you want to block off, this is where you can do that as well.

Minimum Stay
Is there a minimum number of nights you would like to set for your bookings? If so, this is where you will select how many nights guests are required to book for, at minimum.

Amenities
What items can guests expect to be available to them during their stay? Amenities can range from basic essentials such as toilet paper and soap to unique offerings like swimming pools, hot tubs and firepits. Use the amenities section to highlight any and all resources guests will have available to them during their stay.
